For those interested in citizen science volunteering there is a training workshop for Riverflies to be held in April this year.

The Wensum Catchment Partnership is planning to expand the Riverflies monitoring (and the Water Quality Monitoring) network further to new areas of the river Wensum, including the river Tud and other tributaries.

Further helpful volunteers are required. Other national Riverflies information can be found at The Riverfly Partnership (riverflies.org)

Please advise any other persons you may know who would wish to volunteer.

After a hard mornings work some of the maintenance crew decided to give the refurbished benches a trial run!
