After the fishing match on Sunday October 19th members of the families came to be part of the new bench which has five plaques dedicated to a member of the Club who has died recently and moved on to fishing in a better place.

Roger Gibbons (our Vice Chairman) said a few words about each of the five members with a plaque and then others were invited to give their memories.

Terry Hunter, Paul East, Eric Mawbey and Pete Nisbet are the recent members with Rushell Kemp’s plaque being transferred form the bench which this one has replaced.

As Paul’s East’s plaque says these members have indeed ‘gone fishing’.
